[Gmsh] Problem with volume creation in 3D geometry

Hi Marina,

Nice geometry!

If you mesh your geometry in 2D and activate Tools->Options->Mesh-Visibility->Surface faces , you can see that the 
surfaces delimited by lines/circles 2304, 2198, 2197, 2254  and 2177, 2178, 2294, 2244 are not meshed ... Can you check 
these surfaces (and possibly others) that could create "holes" in the external surface ?
