[Gmsh] bug in mesh generation

Update...

In the previous file the settings were not producing an error. However to a
different geo file I had the same problem. I tried with MeshAdapt and the
problem was solved in the new geometry.

In case I will encounter a similar problem with the MeshAdapt too I will
let you know. I used the latest snapshots (18-6) in both Linux & windows.
