[Gmsh] gmsh calculix input for periodic geometries

Hello,

I will very much appreciate if I can get help for writing out the solid
mesh and boundary condition
input to Calculix from Gmsh solid mesh for a periodic  turbomachinery
component, like a slice of a cake, say a compressor or rotor blade with
periodic boundaries.

The problem is, as far as I understand, Calculix needs the nodes of the
element that are on the cyclic surface on the periodic face which I could
not manage to write out from Gmsh.
