[Gmsh] Spiral coil?

First of, many thanks to all the peoples that contributed to Onelab
components.
I'm modifying the inheat.geo file example to create a spiral coil and
instead of calculating inductance, I'll calculate the magnetic field. But
first the geometry.
I've modified the extrusion to
tmp[] = Extrude {
{-Cos((j-1)*Pi/2)*(ws+rc*2)/4,-Sin((j-1)*Pi/2)*(ws+rc*2)/4,0}, {0,0,1} ,
{0,0,0} , Pi/2} { Surface {tmp[0]};};
However this gives fragmented pieces (see image). How would you make a
spiral coil?
