[Gmsh] segmentation fault when opening a .igs file

Hi Louis - as a general rule, try to use .step instead of .iges if
possible. We use OpenCascade's IGES import, which is far from robust.
Have you tried changing the geometrical tolerance and/or deactivating
the model cleaning options (Tools->Geometry->General)?
