[Gmsh] Information

Distinguished professor Christophe Geuzaine , I am a student of 
Basilicata University and i use Gmsh for my thesis.
I use Gmsh for Windows
I have problem with iges file.
How can I create the geometry for Gmsh from a file in format iges?
Please help me
