[Gmsh] Compile Gmsh with OpenCascade support

Hi Martin,

to configure the build, can you launch cmake with the option

cmake -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH:string="/path/to/opencascade/"

and see if cmake atomatically detects OCC ?
