[Gmsh] Embed a point lying on the edge

TLDR; perform a boolean fragments operation between the line and the
point:
SetFactory("OpenCASCADE");
Point(1) = {0,0,0, 0.1};
Point(2) = {5,0,0, 0.1};
Line(1) = {1,2};
Point(3) = {1,0,0, 0.2};
BooleanFragments{ Point{3}; Delete; }{ Curve{1}; Delete; }
