[Gmsh] About the homogenization of the following model

Hello,


I want to use the homogenization option for the following 3D RVE. But I'm having trouble assigning periodic boundary conditions and meshing the following attached geometry: I get the extrusion error.

I centered my inclusion and the difference with the 3D tutorial is that my inclusion is going all the way through the RVE.
