[Gmsh] R: Problem with extrusion

Ok, as I cannot create the volume from the revolution surface, I changed the geo file as you can see in the attached file.
Now the problem is that gmsh does not allow to generate a surface with the boundaries that you can see in Far.jpg. 
What could be the solution? Of course I could copy all the points along every direction, but is it possible to avoid this? Thank you.

Indeed; it's just a particular case that the built-in kernel does not handle...
