[Gmsh] Error with meshing

Hello everyone,

I am using gmsh version 4.0.0. When I execute the gmsh command on my Linux
machine there seems to be a problem with the grid and my code crashes with
this version.

Further, I reverted to v3 and the meshing was fine and solution also
converged.

I am attaching the gmsh run log and .geo file to this email. Kindly let me
know what could be the problem.
