Many Thanks. I've solved the gmsh part as per your advice. However, I tried to import it to OpenFOAM.

There's no error in your file. However as you only define physical surfaces, only quads are saved in the output mesh file. To save the volume elements, add
Physical Volume("the volume") = {1:22};
