[Gmsh] Questions about removing duplicate STL

I have never used Benjamin's tool, but we should maybe add something like this directly in Gmsh. (We already do this for vertices - it would not be too hard to extend this to elements.) Maybe open an issue on our gitlab to request this, so we don't forget?
