[Gmsh] adaptive meshing and pos fomat

 I have just understood that "bgmesh.pos"is not a POS file but a geo file including a post-processing command defined according to the following specification: 

  View "string" { string < ( expression-list ) > { expression-list }; … };

which is given in section "8.1 Post-processing commands" of gmsh manual.

So please disregard my last question.
