[Gmsh] fixing boundary mesh

Dear Sir,
I am using GMSH API to mesh sections of an object. I try to get identical
triangulation on joint surfaces by copying triangulation from one surface
to its joint one but some vertices get shifted after meshing the joint
volume. Could you suggest a way to fix the surface triangulation while
meshing?
