[Gmsh] Defining regions in Gmsh

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                            Very first I would like to thank you very much
for providing very useful open source Gmsh.
Here I have a question regarding defining various regions in Gmsh. I want
to define a physical region inside another physical region.
Can I define it like Region("3")= Region("1") -Region("2") ?
