Open your file and adjust your viewport ; then File->Export and choose a filename with ".opt" extension - it will contain all the options. You can edit this and re-use it for other plots ; important parameters are 
General.GraphicsHeightGeneral.GraphicsWidthGeneral.ScaleXGeneral.ScaleYGeneral.ScaleZGeneral.TrackballQuaternion0General.TrackballQuaternion1General.TrackballQuaternion2General.TrackballQuaternion3General.TranslationXGeneral.TranslationY
