[Gmsh] Why do I get such a weird mesh

Hullo everybody,

I am using latest version (3.0.6) under Windows. Why do I get such a weird 2d mesh (see attached picture) with the attached geo file?
The algorithm selected for 2d meshing is frontal (as usual). Thank you.
