[Gmsh] problem with surface displaying

Hi Roman,
Indeed, we also noticed bugs in OpenCASCADE's surface rendering algorithm, which sometimes hangs.
The only fix for now is to use the internal Gmsh surface display mode (the "cross"): just add
Geometry.SurfaceType = 0;
in your file to revert to this simpler display mode.
