[Gmsh] Creating internal boundary layer for pipe

Hi Nandakumar,
If you want a structured BL, you have to do this via extrusions/layers.
If you are ok with unstructured mesh, you can use the Boundary Layer Mesh
Field as mentioned in the docs.
