[Gmsh] Creating internal boundary layer for pipe

hi
I have been trying to create internal boundary layer for a  pipe like
domain in which there is a perforated plate inside, i need internal
boundary layers for that holes also.
Is 3d internal boundary layer creation available in gmsh. if so, please
help me
