[Gmsh] A recommendation for graphical tutorials + volume mesh

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would be truly thankful if you could please answer the following.

I am completely new to gmsh (which I plan using before exporting the meshed
geometry to FEBio/PreView) and I am now exploring its capabilities.
I want to export a model (saved as stl) from SolidWorks to be meshed
in gmsh. I succeeded in creating a surface mesh (thanks to
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1S6cAwasuM), but am struggling with volume
meshing.
Also, could you please recommend intuitive graphical tutorials for gmsh?
