[Gmsh] Extrude: inherit properties

Thaks for the reply!

I worked around the problem by using extrudes with layers and recombine.
This served my purposes in the end. Although, sounds like what you suggest
might be more flexible and adapt to more geometries. Ill try it out in the
future.
RTFM I guess. More carefully at least.
