[Gmsh] problem meshing a human nose

Hi, I'am new of gmsh, I want to mesh the volume between an external box 
and a human head with nasal cavity but i get this error when gmsh tries 
to recover boundaries:

I can't link the the stl file because is too big, if you need it tell me 
some cloud system where posting it. Thank you in advance for any answears!
