[Gmsh] gfortran shared library error

Dear all,

I have been getting

./gmsh: error while loading shared libraries: libgfortran.so.3: wrong 
ELF class: ELFCLASS64

from the pre-built binary on the webpage. I have tried many tricks but 
could not make it work. I also read on some other threads that the 
binary supplied on the web page is for 32 bit systems. Anyone 
experienced this problem with gmsh 2.6 before? Apparently, there are no 
threads on this on the gmsh mailing list.

I have a 64-bit AMD based Debian.

Fix suggestions are welcome.
