[Gmsh] [gmsh] internal surface in a volume

Hello,

I wonder if gmsh can mesh an internal surface (2D) in a volume.  I found
there were a few asked the same question, but I couldn’t find yes or no to
the question.  It looks like we can circumvent the problem by modelling it
as a thin internal volume.
