[Gmsh] Remeshing

Dear all,

I would like to know a little bit on the remeshing features of Gmsh.
Can I use a dead mesh?
Can I specify a metric in order to produce an anisotropic mesh?
I have seen that bamg and mmg3d are now available. Can you provide us with
an example of their use?
