[Gmsh] Command Line - Saving File as "inp"

Hi René,
Indeed, we forgot to add "inp" in the strings recognized by the "-format" options on the command line. This is now fixed in svn.
But the simpler solution is to actually not use the "-format" option at all: by default gmsh selects the format depending on the extension of the output file name, so you can simply do
gmsh plate.step -3 -o plate.inp
