[Gmsh] Cubic Mesh

Dear Sirs,

I am trying to create a mesh of a quarter of a cube. What I need to do is
to create a 2D mesh of a surface and then extrude it along the length of
the cube edge.

Tha script I have written is the following.

lc = 0.1;
R= 0.5;
L = 2.0;

Point(1) = {0, -R, -R};

Point(3) = {0, R, R};

out[] = Extrude{0, 0, L}{Surface{700}; Layers{nb_layers}; };
IndexOutlet = out[0];

I get the following error:

Meshing surface 1013 (extruded)
Error   : Uncoherent extruded quadrangle in surface 1013
Error   : Uncoherent extruded quadrangle in surface 1013
Error   : Uncoherent extruded quadrangle in surface 1013
Error   : Uncoherent extruded quadrangle in surface 1013
Error   : Uncoherent extruded quadrangle in surface 1013

...and so on for other extruded surface.

Any suggestion about what is going wrong? The code is basically copied and
pasted from the manual of gmsh so at the moment, I do not know what is
going wrong.

I appreciate any suggestion I'll receive.
