[Gmsh] Mesh size control with frontal algo

I do not know. Yet, I believe that it is quite possible to generate a mesh with Netgen and subsequently modify it using e.g. mmg3d that is available in gmsh

Note that most of the time, the delaunay mesher do not modify the surface mesh. This mesher is more robust than Netgen (to my experience)
