[Gmsh] Splines with end conditions

Hello,

Myself and a colleague are pleased to be using Gmsh as a compact way to
exhange surface geometry data.  

However I now need to specify a surface including splines (which you
support) with a specific end condition (gradient, which you don't appear to
support).  Is there a way to specify this?

I notice you say CatmullRom is a synonym for Spline, but according to a
reference I found* these again feature an end condition method which you
don't seem to support - am I missing something?
