[Gmsh] about .mesh file format

Dear Gmsh developer,

When I export a mesh to *.mesh file format, I choose the option "element
tag->Physical entity" (and uncheck the "Save All") to use the labels of the
elements as a boundary conditions in my FEM code. My question is if one can
change the
label that appear in the list of vertices (zero in Gmshv2.42 and Elementary
entity in Gmshv.nightly) to Physical entity, as
is already the case to the list of Edges and Triangles when I choose the
option "element tag->Physical entity".
