[Gmsh] problem with the "force vector" option

Hi,

I'm using the latest nightly and I take advantage of the very useful 
"force vector" option in the Options panel/Visibility tab.

I'm loading a MED file (attached) in the post-processing module, this MED 
file has a displacement field in it with 4 components : the first two are 
x,y coordinates of my displacement field while the third and four are 
additional degrees of freedom which I do not want displayed (since they 
are not displacement coordinates, my structure being 2D).
That's why I use the "force vector" feature to force a vector which has 
the following component : 0 as the first, 1 as the second, nothing as the 
third.

This does not work and yields a non-zero displacement along the z-axis : 
my structure moves out of plane. The workaround I found is to set the 
third forced component as 4 or above since my original field does not have 
more than 4 components.

I hope I am clear.

I use GMSH on an Ubuntu 8.04 32 bits.
