[Gmsh] GSHHS Plugin clarification

Hello Jonathan,

I am now using the GMSH nightly build, and now the gshhs (2.0)
data-set is importing as expected as per your tutorial.  Thank you
very much for your quick assistance and for your work to develop GMSH
as a grid generation tool for ocean modelling.
