[Gmsh] Ghost Cells

Hi,

I know that in gmsh 2.5.0-svn, calculation of one layer of ghost nodes is
currently supported. Do the developers of gmsh have any plans to include
calculation of an arbitrary number of overlap, or ghost, cells? Would it be
straightforward to extend the current code to support this?

I develop for FiPy, a finite volume solver for PDEs, and we currently use gmsh.
We'd be very interested in seeing the calculation of an arbitrary number of
overlaps supported in upcoming releases of gmsh.
