[Gmsh] Converting STL to 3D Mesh

Hi Ted,

  you can go to www.geuz.org/gmsh->wiki and visit the section 'STL  
remeshing'. You'll find examples of how to load stl files in gmsh and  
save them in msh format. The keyword you're probably looking for is  
'Merge' - it enables you to load a complete mesh saved in a file and  
manipulate it. For example, you can define new physical entities.
