[Gmsh] How to draw this?

Hi Aarnout,
if you go to Tools -> Options -> Geometry -> Visibility and check "Point numbers" and "Line numbers" you will see that
some points and lines are defined two times (Lines 13 and 41, Points 33 and 5, ...)
