[Gmsh] Meshing of internal surface loops in 3D (Andrey)

Dear Audrey,

In other worlds: a perfect world you would just wish for it and it would
happen, a spiritual world you would pray for it,.. but, read below for
my serious answer :-p

define the inner volume as a volume too. Right know you only define the
volume made of the outside box minus the inside one and that is why the
inside on is not meshed.
