Hi Axel - Good catch. This should be fixed in tomorrow's nightly build.
You should now be able to do e.g.
Extrude { Surface{6, -8}; Layers{5, 0.01}; }
to invert the extrusion direction for surface 8. Could you give it a try
and let me know if it works in your case?
