[Gmsh] no tets in mesh saved as STL

Hi Ernest - To avoid writing format translators again and again (IIRC
several people on this list are also interested in the VTK format), it
would actually be really nice if you could directly add a routine in
Gmsh to save a mesh in VTK format.
It shouldn't be to hard... if you know the spec of the VTK format: just
download a nightly cvs snapshot of Gmsh and add a writeVTK() routine in
Geo/GModelIO_Mesh.cpp. That file already contains several other examples.
If you code this we'd be happy to add it in the next official release.
