[Gmsh] .msh file

No, at the moment you'll have to generate the edges/faces of the volume 
mesh in your own code.

It would however be quite easy to add this capability in Gmsh. 
Personnally, I'm not sure if it's worth it... What do other people 
reading this list think? Would this be something we should add?
