[Gmsh] .msh file

Dear all,
I'm a new gmsh user, and I've a question about .msh file for a 3D mesh. In
this format the output mesh is saved as 2 point lines and 3 point triangles
on the boundary,and 4 point tetrahedra in the volume.
Is there any way to also save all 3 points triangles and 2 points lines
inside the volume ?
