Hi - There will be new binaries as soon as the next version (Gmsh 2.0)
nears completion. Gmsh 2.0 is a major rewrite, that will provide vastly
enhanced performance as well as STEP and IGES CAD import.
Stay tuned: we're on track to release a first beta by next spring.
