[Gmsh] types of imported files

Hi,
   My name is Steve Labbé. I'm a master student at the University of Sherbrooke,
in Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada.
   Actually, we are using Gmsh to pre and post-process simple geometries. For
our applications, we would like to import more complicated geometries from
softwares like AutoCAD, Solidwork, SolidEdge or Catia, for example. Is it, or
will it be, possible to import .dwg, .step, .stl or parasolid files in Gmsh to
mesh it ?
