[Gmsh] discovered bug in gmsh

Hello!

I got an error message from gmsh 1.63.2 while trying to mesh an extruded 2D
geometry. I want to have the mesh -> general option set to all quads but the
meshing only works if I use mixed tri /quadrangles. I have attached the .geo
file to this mail together with the error message. Could you please find a way
for me to make this mesh because I really
need it for my thesis word.
