[Gmsh] Mesh problems URGENT

Hi Christophe,
 
            In attached file there is a simple geo file sample.geo. When
I mesh it in three dimensions there is a message:
 
Error : Unable to swap all edges (output mesh will be incorrect) : use
'Recombine'
 
When I use Recombine it is even worst.
Would you be so kind to check it out.
