<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi Bomastudio,</div><div> </div><div>Some time ago I wrote an export script from Sketchup to Gmsh.</div><div>It exports:</div><div>Sketchup Groups as Gmsh Volumes</div><div>Sketchup Faces as Gmsh planes</div>
<div>Sketchup Edges as Gmsh lines</div><div>Sketchup Vertices as Gmsh points</div><div> </div><div>It knows how to find the correct sign for line-loops</div><div>It exports both inner and outer Sketchup faces</div><div>It aslo exports Sketchup text (entered by the user).</div>
<div> </div><div>It does export circles and cylinders, but as an approximation of 24 lines as this is how Sketchup sees them internally.</div><div> </div><div>It is also able to handle nested groups with transformations.</div>
<div> </div><div>I cross-posted this also on the Sketchucation website.</div><div> </div><div>Best Regards,</div><div> </div><div>Guy</div></div>
