[Gmsh] Different behavior on MSW 7 and 10

You probably have different default options on both machine. From the log you are using the "Frontal Quad" algorithm on one machine; and probably another algorithm on the other.

You can use "Help->Restore all options to default settings" to remove any options you have saved.
