[Gmsh] export scale gmsh 1/1000 -> 1/1

Dear Gmsh Users,

I would like to ask, how can I set the  export units scale in Gmsh,

the step file size (import) 4mm X 2 mm

but export msh file is  0.004mm X 0.002 mm

Attached you will find the example file.

How can I fix this error in GUI Gmsh?
