[Gmsh] Problem with VTK output

Curious.  I'm not able to reproduce this error here.  I changed line 76 of t1.py to

    gmsh.write("t1.vtk")

and obtained a t1.vtk, attached, which opens fine in ParaView or meshio.

My versions:
* Ubuntu 18.10, 64-bit
* gmsh 4.2.3, compiled from git
* gmsh-sdk 4.2.3.post1, from pip
* paraview 5.4.1, from Ubuntu APT repository
